George Kururangi With over 25 year’s industry experience, including 20 Years as a Military Physical Training Instructor George personally guarantees his work.  Be it personal training, fitness testing, bootcamp training, survival training or corporate team building – George is your man!

His ability to communicate and motivate people provides a safe and progressive pathway for clients to extend themselves. Through planned and progressive training clients are consistently extending their personal boundaries and therefore increasing their health and wellbeing. 

With a passion for sport from a young age George has played and coached a number of sports at regional and national level including rugby, rugby league, touch and softball.  More recently he has used his experience as a fitness trainer and coach and directed his energy towards his passion for strength and conditioning.
